Hello there. I just got back from two weeks on vacation up north, and I had a WONDERFUL time. I cannot say enough about how good it was for me, and I will elaborate soon, but I'm reading my report from the scans I just had at the hospital... My scans are good, but continue to have little things in them that surprise me, like this time they mention that there are NO bone mets, and at one time there had been a tiny one in my spine... but then here they say something: "There is no lymphadenopathy in the chest. A trace pericardial effusion is unchanged. There are no pleural effusions..."  um... a trace pericardial effusion... I looked this up

My college class once experimented with white and black conte' on grey pastel paper.  I LOVED (and still love) this exercise because it gets you to REALLY see.  Applying the black and then smudging it into the midway color of the paper, then starting the white and light areas, blending into the medium color of the paper.  It forces one to really study the details, as the medium color of the paper has already been 'assumed'. Represented.
